5. Troubleshooting & Common Issues
Resolve the most common hiccups before they impact client meetings.
5.1 Sign in / authentication
Confirm you are using the correct email or SSO provider. If multi-factor authentication is enabled, verify the code and retry. Contact your admin to reset access if needed.
5.2 Brand settings not applying
After updating brand assets, refresh the page or sign out/in to pull the latest branding cache. Ensure logos meet file size guidelines.
5.3 Reports not saving
Check the auto-save indicator. If it shows an error, copy critical notes, refresh, and retry. Stable internet is required for background saves.
5.4 Export / PDF generation
Ensure pop-up blockers allow downloads. Large reports may take a few seconds—stay on the page until the PDF download begins.
5.5 UI rendering / layout
Modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari) deliver the best experience. Clear your cache or use an incognito window if layout elements look misaligned.
5.6 Team invite / permissions
Confirm the invite email is correct and ask recipients to check spam. Resend invites or update roles from Manage Members if access levels seem incorrect.
5.7 When to contact support
Collect screenshots, report IDs, and timestamps before contacting support so the team can diagnose issues quickly.
